The CORE grant recipient is required to submit the attached Explanation Form in any of the following cases:
1. Change of the status resulting in the leave of absence or drop-out
2. Change of expected graduate school admission semester (either postponed or advanced)
3. Other: Taking under 9 credits per semester, etc.
** In any of the cases above, please direct to Fundamental Academic Enrichment T.A. office (02-880-6299) or CORE office (02-880-6297, 6298) as soon as possible in prior to submitting the form.
